Balmain launches a new perfume for women touched with modern elements and notes, Ivoire. Ivoire 2012 is a re-edition of Pierre Balmain’s 1979 signature perfume, greatly popular and successful in the 80s. The new interpretation is more sophisticated, more luring and more daily. Balmain Ivoire is fresher, more sensual and delightful with a delicious aroma that will grab attention.
“Ivoire is the name I gave to a dream. The name of a woman of sovereign beauty, draped in ultra-pale silk. We crossed paths for a moment on the staircase at the Opéra, before she disappeared into the night.” – Pierre Balmain.
Balmain Ivoire is created by perfumers Michel Almairac and Jacques Flori in a more fascinating, alluring form yet in a classical but feminine design. Ivoire opens to captivate with accords of mandarin, violet leaf and galbanum along with flowery heart made of rose, jasmine, iris and ylang-ylang. The elegant base melts with vetiver, patchouli, cedar and delicate vanilla notes.
Balmain Ivoire will be available in 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
